In 1984, Ahmed Al-Liwaa established a small law office in Cairo. From the outset, the office had ambitions to stand out. It built its culture on the highest professional standards, and these values formed the foundation that has guided us toward the professionalism that continues to direct us today.
Since our establishment in 1984, Al-Liwaa has operated as a unified local partnership with strong values, advocating for positive and sustainable change.

I was inspired to establish “Al-Liwaa Legal Services” by my desire to support the growth of businesses and provide effective legal solutions to the challenges they face. We focus on drafting the necessary contracts to protect our clients’ interests, which helps avoid problems from the outset by establishing clear agreements. Additionally, we aim to provide specialized legal research related to modern technology and contribute to the development of legislation through analysis and critique to improve it.

Complete commitment to deadlines – integrity in transactions and safeguarding client secrets and funds – providing comprehensive legal expertise – offering legal and non-legal advice that contributes to business success without waiting for a direct request from the client.

Rather than focusing on just one area, our goal is to create a comprehensive legal practice that includes specialized departments, each composed of experienced professionals. This integrated approach ensures that we meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our services include commercial law, such as company formation, permits, contracts, and litigation, as well as individual legal matters. We also provide specialized support for foreign clients and property owners, such as property registration and marriage contract documentation, among other services.

Additionally, our offices in Egypt and Saudi Arabia are strategically located: our Egypt office is at 31 Mohamed Mahmoud St., Tahrir Square, in front of the American University, and our Saudi office is at Al-Noor Tower, King Fahd Road, in front of the Chamber of Commerce.
